Menu Philosophy
Campus House features nouvelle cuisine, with an emphasis on the use of simple and direct cooking methods and harmony in all dishes. Menu items are carefully selected and prepared using the freshest ingredients. We use local grocers and New York State produce whenever possible.
Our expanded selections include organic items and ethnic seasonings to complement specialty-menu items, created by student chefs developing their skills and talents as culinary arts professionals.

Our menu including soups, salads, distinct entrees, and desserts, is served Monday through Friday.

We offer affordable wines in a wide variety of flavors from regional and international winemakers. Cocktails are crafted and beers are also chosen for your enjoyment!
