Our menu including soups, salads, distinct entrees, and desserts, is served Monday through Friday.

Campus House features nouvelle cuisine, with an emphasis on the use of simple and direct cooking methods and
harmony in all dishes. Menu items are carefully selected and prepared using the freshest ingredients.
We use local grocers and New York State produce whenever possible.
Our expanded selections include organic items and ethnic seasonings to complement specialty-menu items,
created by student-chefs developing their skills and talents as culinary arts professionals.
